Copyrights
1. The authors are the holders of the copyright for the submitted texts and grant the Ensina Biotec Journal the right of first publication.
2. The content of the documents submitted for publication is the absolute and exclusive responsibility of the authors.
3. According to the Brazilian Copyright Law (Law No. 13.709: http://www.planalto.gov.br/ccivil_03/_ato2015-2018/2018/lei/l13709.htm), any conceptual, methodological, regulatory, spelling, or grammatical changes will be sent to the author of the work if necessary.
4. The use of figures/images should not violate copyright policies. If an image used is the property of third parties, proof of authorization for use from the copyright holder must be submitted. Additionally, for images from image banks, proof of public domain status must be attached. Regarding images owned by the author(s) of the news, a document indicating ownership of the image and granting permission for use by the Ensina Biotec Journal must be submitted (models available in Guidelines for Authors).
Conflicts of Interest
1. The contribution must be original and unpublished, and not under evaluation for publication in another journal or periodical.
2. Authors declare that there are no conflicts of interest that could interfere with the impartiality of the submitted work.
